When I manually design a quartered Dynasty-CoA manually, as soon as a cadet branch is created, this will be fully placed in the diagonal corners (heraldic dexter chief and sinister base), with the Barony CoA put into sinister chied and dexter base. If you started with a quartered house or dynasty CoA, the next cadet branch could replace one quarter, like the game does with consecutive branches.
